hibob web app

2016-2018

'bob' (hibob.com) is an HR management app for companies.
The app serves multiple personas (admins, managers and employees) and complex organizational structures.

'bob' as a product is focused on user experience and delightful design, making complex tasks like managing thousands of people's time-off, benefits, payroll - simple and pleasant. At 'bob', I conducted product research, UX and UI design. Main feature: the 'company surveys', view case study here>.

Loader design

Employee timeline
The Employee Timeline was designed to give context to the employee's journey in the company. The TimelIne displays all the employee changes and the performance reviews results.
Talent mapping survey
The talent mapping is basically a survey where employees and managers are asked to select people in the company and flag the top-performing and most helpful employees. The object of the survey is to get a broad view on the people in the company and their work dynamic.
Company surveys
Companies use surveys to understand their employee's satisfaction. The survey includes many parts: a survey builder, a dashboard to track the progress of the survey across teams and the company, the survey itself, and the results. In this project I led both the product research, user testing and the design process.
I used animated interactions in the employee-facing part of the surveys for a fun and light experience.

B. Design studies project
My final design studies project is an interactive app that can turn Facebook comments into automatically designed posters. The beta version of the app was online and people could connect with their accounts to create and print their own posters.

I love webcomics!

I started my comics blog, dvar.im, and community in 2010 and I still post new comics whenever I can. Most of my comics are in Hebrew, but there's some translated to English.
